We’re fortunate to work with a lot of great clients at Sport Sister and when it comes to being a project manager and consultant, juggling multiple clients is all part of the job. While it’s exciting to have a diverse portfolio of projects, it also comes with its challenges. Successfully managing various clients simultaneously requires a delicate balance of communication, organisation, and prioritisation.
