Facilitating growth in women’s and girls’ sports participation

Participation in sport for women and girls is much lower than their male counterparts.

Representation in many sports is still very-unbalanced in terms of gender. We know there are a lot of organisations that want to change this. This is where we can help.

Sport Sister can bring our years of experience and expertise in growing women’s and girls’ sports participation to your project and help you achieve your ambitions.

How do we get the ball rolling on your project?

Step 1:

A free call to discuss your challenges and objectives.  We use this to get more background to your organisation and understand what you wish to achieve or what problem you’re trying to solve.

Step 2:

We combine our findings from the initial call with best practise from across the industry to produce a detailed proposal for the project.

Step 3:

We finalise all the details – our brief, the deliverables you wish to see, any key deadlines that need to be met.

Step 4:

Once we have the green light, we get into full project management mode – a kick-off meeting with all key personnel, a project plan and regular progress check ins so we can keep you updated with how things are going.
